Richard W. Pratt, M.D.
Dr. Pratt has been practicing pediatric medicine for nearly a decade. He moved to Lafayette in 2012 with his family. He specializes in pediatric/adolescent medicine, but is also certified in Sports medicine. He is the ONLY pediatric-trained concussion specialist in the Acadiana region.

Dr. Pratt was born and raised in Zachary, Louisiana. He completed medical school and residency in New Orleans. He completed his Sports medicine fellowship in Baton Rouge. He is married to Dr. Erin Trahan Pratt, a local Allergist/Immunologist. He is the proud father of four young daughters and they are ALL big LSU fans.
Michael R. Melancon, M.D.
Dr. Melancon has been a doctor in the Lafayette area for over 30 years. He is a husband, father, and grandfather. He enjoys hunting, fishing, traveling, and building things out of wood. He is very strong in his faith and loves doing missionary work in the states and in other countries. Dr. Melancon enjoys seeing patients and also specializes in ADD/ADHD patients.

Dr. Melancon has 2 grown children, 3 step children and 5 grand children. He enjoys gardening, woodworking, hunting & fishing and doing volunteer work for some of his favorite charities as well as spending time with grandchildren.
